I am an HCPC registered Prosthetist and Orthotist and Associate Lecturer at the University Of Derby.
I started out as an Apprentice Aircraft Engineer in the Royal Navy in the mid 1980s, I left the Navy in 1996 in order to study Prosthetics and Orthotics at the university of Strathclyde, graduating in 2000.
Over the following decade I worked in war torn countries making prosthetic limbs. I moved back to UK in 2017, and then to the peak district in 2023, where I have worked with the NHS in Buxton, Derby and Chesterfield.
